Now more than ever the world needs the voice, courage and vision of women leaders to be active FutureMakers in shaping a better world for all of us. Many of us sense that a new kind of leadership grounded in ancient feminine wisdom is needed in this time of deep disruption and new emergence to recalibrate our “ways of knowing” and the “ways of being”. Every one of us is invited and must accept the call to awaken to our own growth. 

For this Personal Board, over a series of 5 facilitated Personal Board sessions coupled with one-on-one executive coaching and peer work, you will join fellow leaders who are committed to this lifelong journey and are responding to a greater calling within themselves. Together with this intimate tribe of peers and using powerful ancient feminine stories, this virtual Personal Board series will give you the opportunity to: uncover the keys to your deeper power and awaken the dormant and dismembered aspects of yourself; clarify your sense of direction and where you are called to lead and create unforeseen possibilities; prototype new, intentional ways of working and being to live your most cohesive, soulful, wildish self; build new habits; and go on a journey with an incredible group of women leading the change we need.
