For this facilitated 6-month Personal Board program, you will join 6 emerging leaders who are navigating leadership— women who have the ambition and capacity to impact the individuals, organizations and institutions with whom they interact, and are called to be role models for a new form of leadership. Women who feel optimistic and sometimes overwhelmed by the opportunities and work ahead, and are courageous enough to go deeper and bolder, and use this as the basis for their future.

This 6 of virtual, facilitated Personal Board sessions will allow you to: breathe and reflect; deepen your personal resilience; amplify your leadership and re-invent for maximum impact; prototype new, intentional ways of working and living to bring this to life; build new habits and expand your conflict resolution capacity to navigate challenges; and go on a journey with an incredible group of women leading the change we need in the world.
