Starting with a 3 day retreat, we will kick-off a special 2021-2022 Personal Board with a Personal Board Retreat Upstate NYC for a small group of women leaders who sense a greater calling and power within themselves and have the ambition and capacity to impact the individuals, organizations and institutions with whom they interact.

Over the year, we guide them to uncover and own their deeper power and expand your capacity to tackle their stickiest issues so that you can navigate challenges and conflict, make the tough decisions and operate from intention and from the fullest expression of themselves. These women will cultivate and be supported by a trusted Sisterhood that meets them where you are now and will continue to sustain and hold you accountable while taking on greater challenges throughout FutureMaker journey.
