ROOTED was born out of a call to become more deeply rooted into your whole self, draw from an inner power, create space, and build the resilience and clear purpose. Over the course a year, starting with Summer Solstice, we will guide you through a series of facilitated sessions including guided visualizations and meditation coupled with space for personal reflection and peer connection. In between sessions, you will receive optional self-work to integrate further. Together, we journey through the changing of the seasons and light, and the mirrored journey within yourself. Your journey will start in June with a one-on-one Soul Session with your chief guide Kat Egan, and continue with 7 additional collective sessions approximately every 6 weeks.
