For this facilitated Personal Business Board Series, you will join fellow FWX Alumna, business owners and senior businesswomen who are navigating the path to the C Suite — women who have the ambition and capacity to impact the individuals, organizations and institutions who they lead and with whom they interact, and are called to be role models for a new form of leadership. You bring in both your personal and your business case.

Women who understand what it has taken to get here, and feel optimistic on the one hand, and sometimes overwhelmed on the other, by the opportunities and work ahead. This is a group of women who are courageous enough to go deeper and bolder, and use this as the basis for their future.

This Personal Board series will allow you to breathe and reflect, deepen your personal resilience, amplify your leadership and re-invent for maximum impact, prototype new, intentional ways of working and living to bring this to life, build new habits and expand your conflict resolution capacity to navigate challenges; and go on a journey with an incredible group of women leading the change we need in the world.
