A SYSTEMIC PERSPECTIVE for FUTURE MAKERS

This retreat will bring together an intimate group of FutureWomenX Millennial peers who have been part of our Personal Boards over the past 2 years.

This 24-hour Personal Board Bootcamp challenges a group of FWX Millennial Alumna to slow down, take a step back, deepening their insight and accelerate again. In addition to a deep dive into everyone's FutureMaker qualities, we take a closer look at their family and/or organizational constellations from which they live, work and interact. Our experience is that this phenomenological way of working bring fresh perspectives that can have a long impact.
