This Personal Board Series brings together 6 senior women who have risen to the top and achieved “success”, and are responding to a greater calling within themselves. Over a six month program, together we will challenge and guide you through honest reflection, confronting difficult facts and competing values, creating new models of working and living to help you uncover and elevate your deeper power, navigate the path forward, and build a tribe of real peers.

Your 6 month Personal Board will begin late January 2022 with your in-take sessions and kick-off our group sessions in November continue through June 2022, and includes: your personal in-take session; 6 facilitated thematic Personal Board meetings (plus peer coaching and personal reflection time); one-on-one executive coaching session; and membership in the wider FWX global tribe.
