ROOTED was born out of a call to become more deeply rooted into your whole self, draw from an inner power, create space, and build the resilience and clear purpose. Over the course the first half of the year, we will guide you through a series of facilitated sessions including guided visualizations and meditation coupled with space for personal reflection and peer connection. In between sessions, you will receive optional self-work to integrate further. Together, we journey through the changing of the seasons and light, and the mirrored journey within yourself. Your journey will start in February and include two one-on-one Soul Sessions with your chief guide Kat Egan and 5 additional collective sessions approximately every 6 weeks.
